Rise & Shine Gentle Yoga – The way you wake up in the morning can be instrumental in shaping how the rest of your day unfolds.  Begin today with intention, mindful breathing and a gentle yoga flow.  Class ends with deep stretch and a guided relaxation.

Restorative Yoga – Let stress and tension melt away as you are guided through 4 – 6 longer held, fully supported postures.  Includes breath work, mindfulness and guided relaxation.  Props needed:  mat, block, strap, blankets and pillows or yoga bolster.

TRX S&C – A strength & conditioning workout using TRX suspension training straps & a mat. Functional movements working in all planes of motion. Build strength, mobility and flexibility using your body weight at different angles to decrease or increase the loads.

TRX Yoga – A flowing yoga practice using the TRX Suspension training straps. Build strength, increase flexibility and explore arm balances and inversions in a whole new way.
