Online Group Classes

Gentle Yoga– Monday’s & Wednesday’s 9am. Bone friendly practice that is designed to support your bone health and is safe for most with osteoporosis or osteopenia. This class focuses on body awareness, building stability and strength in your muscles and bones, improving balance and coordination. Learn skills for movement that can be integrated into your daily life.

Fall Prevention Friday’s – Friday’s 9am. Improve balance & coordination and increase strength. Focus is on functional strength, bone density maintenance, posture and retaining overall independence. Poses are done in a chair and standing. Light weights or a resistance band can be added.

1 Class Pass – $20 – group classes only, not applicable for private sessions

5 Class Pass – $75 – group classes only, not applicable for privates

10 Class Pass – $120 – group classes only, not applicable for privates

Yoga Therapy – 1 private session – $125

Yoga Therapy – 4 private sessions – $400

Friday’s 9 am – Chair Yoga Strength – Livestream Class

Friday’s 12 pm – Meditation – In person class at Sara’s YMCA. Registration is required for all classes using YCLT+ app
